Running an LS swap, replacing a failed PCM, or chasing more power from your Vortec truck? We unlock your GM P59 PCM at the software level — VATS removed, unused sensors disabled, performance dialed in, transmission calibrated. Mail in your PCM, get it back ready to drop in. Fast turnaround. Ships across Canada and the US.
Common Scenarios
Is Your P59 PCM Holding Back Your Build?
LS swap won't start
Factory anti-theft (VATS / Passlock) is blocking crank or fuel because the original security network isn't present in your swap chassis
Junkyard PCM locked to donor
Used PCM still tied to the original vehicle's VIN and security system, refusing to run in your build
Persistent rear O2 sensor codes
P0140 or P0160 keeps coming back after deleting cats, running headers, or removing the secondary O2 sensors
Catalyst efficiency code stuck
P0420 or P0430 won't clear after exhaust modifications, even with new sensors and a passing exhaust system
Speed limiter holding you back
Factory cap around 98 mph / 158 km/h preventing closed-course, off-road, or built-engine use
Electric fans turning on too late
Engine hitting high coolant temps before the eFans engage — especially under load, in summer, or while towing
Bolt-ons not making power
Cam, headers, intake, MAF relocation, or larger injectors installed but the stock tune is leaving power on the table
Transmission shifting wrong
Harsh, soft, or wrong-RPM shifts after a swap — calibration doesn't match your tire size, gear ratio, or transmission model

If your scan tool shows C2200, your ABS module has an internal microprocessor failure. No amount of cleaning connectors, replacing wheel speed sensors, or bleeding the brake system will fix it. Chrysler's own service manual lists only two steps for C2200: confirm the code, and replace the module.
That is where we offer a third option.
Service Value
Cheaper Than Replacing With a Pre-Tuned PCM
A pre-tuned P59 PCM from the US costs $300–$500 plus cross-border shipping, brokerage, and waiting weeks. Sending us your existing PCM avoids customs hassles, keeps your original hardware (no risk of receiving a faulty used unit), and costs significantly less. You ship in, we modify, we ship back.
Done Right the First Time
DIY P59 tuning with HP Tuners, EFILive, or PCM Hammer requires hundreds of dollars of software, a tuning cable, and a steep learning curve. One wrong table edit and you're chasing ghost problems for weeks. We've done this thousands of times — VATS delete, sensor diagnostics cleanup, transmission calibration, speed limiter removal, fan control. No guesswork, no software to buy, no risk of bricking your PCM.
Canadian Provider for Canadian Builds
Most P59 tuning services are US-based, which means cross-border shipping both ways, customs delays, and brokerage fees on every transaction. We're in Calgary, ship across Canada with no border crossings, and also accept mail-in from the US. Faster turnaround, no surprises at customs, and you support a Canadian shop.
What We Actually Do to Your P59 PCM
When your P59 arrives at our shop, we don't just flash a generic file and ship it back. Each PCM is configured for your specific build — your engine, your transmission, your modifications, your goals. Here's exactly what we change at the software and calibration level:
VATS / Passlock Delete
Every GM vehicle leaves the factory with anti-theft logic that requires a matching ignition key signal to allow engine start. After an LS swap or PCM replacement, that signal isn't present — so the engine won't crank or run. We disable VATS at the calibration level, allowing your P59 to operate independently of any factory security network.
Engine Swap Diagnostics Cleanup
Your swap chassis doesn't have the same sensors as the donor vehicle — EVAP, AIR pump, secondary O2 sensors, EGR, transmission speed sensors, A/C pressure switches. We disable diagnostics for every sensor you're not running so your PCM doesn't throw a check engine light or store DTCs for hardware that doesn't exist.
Transmission Calibration
P59 PCMs commonly run 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E, and 4L80E transmissions. We configure shift points, line pressure, torque converter lockup behavior, and adapt the calibration to your tire size, rear gear ratio, and intended use — daily driver, towing, off-road, or performance.
Speed Limiter & Rev Limiter Adjustment
Factory P59 calibrations cap vehicle speed around 98 mph and engine RPM at the OEM redline. We can remove or raise the speed limiter for closed-course or off-road use, and adjust the rev limiter for built engines with stronger valvetrains, forged internals, or supporting modifications.
Performance Tune for Bolt-Ons & Cam Swaps
Cam, headers, intake, larger injectors, MAF relocation — every modification changes how the engine wants to be fueled and timed. We adjust fuel tables, spark timing, idle airflow, and MAF/MAP scaling for your specific combination, getting you running cleanly and producing the power your hardware is capable of.
eFan, Idle, & Driveability Settings
We set electric fan turn-on and turn-off temperatures appropriate for your radiator and use case, dial in idle quality (especially important after cam swaps), set rear O2 / catalyst monitoring to suit your exhaust setup, and clean up any other operating parameters that affect daily driveability.

FAQ'S
Find answers to common questions about ABS repair.

Can you tune my P59 for a built engine — forged internals, big cam, boost?
Yes. We handle base startup tunes for swaps and bolt-on builds, and we also work with seriously modified combinations — heads/cam, forced induction, larger injectors, MAF/MAP recalibration. For aggressive builds we'll typically request engine specs and any dyno data you have to dial in fueling and timing accurately.
